Bolashak is a Kazakh company, which was established five years ago, by the Swift Technical Group. Swift is a well established British company providing manpower services to the oil and gas industry worldwide. A major Kazakh engineering company, KGNT, has also recently acquired an interest in our company.  Bolashak specializes the following services: Manpower Recruitment Payroll outsourcing Commissioning Visa and work permit support services Translation services We currently employ approx 900 personnel who we second to our Clients, of which 130 personnel are expatriates and the remainder Kazakhstan nationals.We have offices in Atyrau, Tengiz, Almaty, Aksai, Aktau and Astana. Bolashak was the first company to be established as a specialist provider of manpower services to the Oil and Gas industry in Kazakhstan, and our business grew rapidly, providing both expatriate and national manpower to all the major international oil and gas projects in Kazakhstan.
